Tenzing Rock

Tenzing Rock is a popular tourist site located near the Lebong Cart Road at a distance of 4km from the main city of Darjeeling. The rock was named in the memory of Tenzing Norgay, one of the first two to reach the summit of Mt Everest along with Edmund Hillary. The place offers rock climbing activities that attract tourists and adventure seekers.
